Our professional Merchandising and R&D team helps to develop high quality trending products and showcase new fabrics, designs, prototypes, colors, patterns, styles each season with competitive price points and turns into final-sealed sample approval and cost closures.
Our sampling department gets directly in contact in order to meet quality standards and delivery of sale and pre- production samples according to customer needs and requirements.
Our PPC team ensures perfect quality and line allocation is done as per Customer and Product needs. Transparent and consistent Information of raw material quality and in-flow towards maintaining on-time delivery is provided using real time data. Good Pre-Production work requires close follow-up of all milestones and approvals. These are activities that begin after issuance of a Purchase Order. It leads to a green light for production activities to commence on the designated & scheduled dates.

We know the importance of quality and hence in-process quality adherence starts from the internal quality inspectors, inline production quality inspectors timely reporting. Our QC & QA teams go through a series of comprehensive checklists, each appointed on event gates, where a thorough examination of physical and process attributes is conducted. They examine samples and production at early stages. They communicate possible problems with process, raw materials, or product to clients and vendors, helping resolve issues early in the timeline preemptively.
Reduction in lag time and idle time of both machinery and labor has been significant for us which has also brought about marked efficiency raw material utilization. Our inspectors are constantly analyzing the entire process of identify and rectify any problematic areas by conducting a root cause analysis whenever a red flag is raised. Assistance is provided in seamless transfer of merchandise from factory through to customers destination. Constant co-ordination with shipping agents and sharing real-time information on shipments is also offered.
